AHRI staff visits Sanhua

On April 12nd, Sanhua held a reception to welcome AHRI CEO & President Stephen Yurek, as well as his team members, Henry Hwrong, Senior Vice President, and Bridge Xue, Vice President. Zhang Yabo, CEO of Sanhua HG, Dr. Huang Lin-jie, VP and Chief Scientist, Jeb Ni, GM of Sanhua Micro-channel, Frank Xu, Excutive Deputy Director of Advanced Technology Center, and Alex Wang, sales director of Sanhua Commercial warmly received AHRI guests. Stephen Yurek thanked SANHUA for the reception, and he lauded SANHUA’s efforts and achievements in industry and social reponsoiblity.

The high-level meeting began as early as November 2016 in the AHRI annual meeting, when Zhang Yabo presented then and communicated with Stephen Yurek. Since then a good relationship has been built between SANHUA and AHRI. In April 2017, Stephen Yurek and his team visited SANHUA first time. Today, SANHUA and AHRI have been keeping a close connection.

In this meeting, Zhang Yabo expressed SANHUA’s concern upon low-GWP alternatives, technical routes and standards. He expressed the desire of a closer relationship and more cooperation.

Stephen Yurek congratulated Dr. Huang Lin-jie on his election as the member of Applied Sector Leadership Council, whose actions embodied the professionalism and dedication, and also it is the very embodiment of the company’s international influence in the industry, particularly SANHUA’s positive role in AHRI electronic expansion valve standard, and efforts in promotion of micro-channel heat exchanger, pressure sensor, inverter controller, and low-GWP refrigerants. All these represent SANHUA’s dedication to business, leading technology and social responsibility.

Then the two sides exchanged views on many issues, namely, Sino-US refrigeration and air contioning, low-GWP refrigerants application, inverter controller and VRV, energy efficiency standards and regulations, advantages and disadvantages of different technical routes.

Zhang Yabo invited Stephen Yurek and his team to have dinner and talked more about hot issues and other things in a more relaxed condition. When time came, both agreed to maintain close communication and cooperation to lead global HVAC&R to a greener and more sustainable future.

AHRI Spring Meeting is going to open after its reinvention, and also feature the all-new Industry Sector Leadership Councils, which will highlight long-term industry issues and define strategic priorities for the Sector. SANHUA will delegate R&D and marketing heads to participate in the meeting. Dr. Huang Lin-jie will represent SANHUA to participate in Applied Sector Leadership Council.
