Sanhua Quality Management Committee Opened its First Meeting in 2021, Hangzhou

On March 16th, the first meeting of the Group Quality Management Committee of this year was held in Hangzhou. The meeting was also held virtually at national industrial parks. The meeting put forward key work objectives in promoting KICCHIRI, reviewed the quality management work in each business unit in 2020, and prospected the key requirements in 2021.

"How does the quality achieve the Group's 5-year plan and 10-year plan?" Du Anlin, Director of the Group Operating Dept. put forward several thoughtful topics. He required all business units to focus on key process quality, foster improvement on change, supplier quality, planning etc. He also urge to advance the formulation the quality plan for 2021.

Sum Sun, Director of the Quality Management Committee, made the speech: by summarizing the quality improvement activities and fruitful achievements of each business unit in 2020, he strongly hoped that the attendees find out the room to improve quality management as well as way of thinking. Sum Sun introduce KICCHIRI at a full angle. He also took Sanhua Automotive quality globalization plan in the company’s 5 year and 10 year plan as an instance, and stated that the quality engineers need improve international consciousness, stick to the mindset of customer first, via in-depth thinking, excellent work and the good quality to win the customer smile.

Quality heads from Sanhua Leaderway, Micro Channel, Residential BU, Commercial BU, the Automotive and Fuerda respectively made the 2020 quality review and 2021 quality timetable.

In er to continuously improve product quality management, and pursue the complete improvement of excellence, since the second half of 2020, Sanhua Quality Management Committee, has been carrying out KICCIRI as Sanhua Automotive as an example to spread all business units. In early March, the Committee continuously organized more than 100 quality and production experts from the Residential, Commercial, Micro-channel, the Leaderway, Fuerda and Sanhua Automotive to exchange learning on the site and improve the quality management hand by hand.
