Shaoxing Women Entrepreneurs Visiting Sanhua

On Nov. 22nd, nearly 70 people from and Shaoxing Women Entrepreneurs Association visited Sanhua Xinchang industrial park. Mr. Zhang Yabo, Vice Chairman of Sanhua Holding Group, received the reception.

During the seminar, Vice Chairman Zhang Yabo introduced Sanhua's culture, business development, product innovation and global layout etc. He emphasized that Sanhua has always been firmly attached great importance to innovation and Intellectual property. Up to now, Sanhua has applied for more than 6900 patents globally, including more than 4200 invention patents. Sanhua has established several overseas manufacturing bases in Vietnam, Europe and North America; and those industrial parks continuously integrate themselves the local society and culture, and are taking root for long-term development.

Mrs. Xu Aihua, President of Shaoxing Women Entrepreneurs Association and Chairman of Zhejiang Hualian Group Co., Ltd., shared her views that Sanhua has very practical development path and strategy, as well as the corporate culture of “three flowers of management, technology and talent” and “dedication, leadership, innovation, surpassing” which are summarized from the practice. Those are very worth learning. She continued to say that an enterprise need to establish strategic thinking, stick to the operation business, and that is the only way to success.

The guests exchanged views based on respective companies, and discussed issues such as overseas factory management, raw material price increases, corporate inheritance, and young employee management etc in-depth. Zhang Yabo shared his views that Sanhua always believes that opportunities follow upon bad luck, therefore Sanhua operates steadily with focus on the main businesses, and will continuously seek new development opportunities.
