In 2024, Sanhua,

with keen insight and steady development pace,

has established a global layout and solid manufacturing.

1. Sanhua Global R&D Center completed. A milestone in Sanhua's steadfast innovation.

2. Sanhua Mexico celebrates its 10th anniversary. Deepening the North American market and partnering globally.

3.Sanhua Vietnam Phase II plant officially opened.

4. Sanhua Intelligent Control Future Industry Center started construction. Increasing investment in high-certainty, high-growth future product R&D.

Digital Intelligence Drives New Efficiency

In 2024, Sanhua took the lead in embracing change,

and laid a good foundation for intelligent manufacturing.

1. Construction of the DevOps automation platform. Enhance software development management capabilities from the source.

2. The North American WMS system officially launched. Sanhua's self-developed system went abroad for the first time, promoting the digitalization of overseas warehouse management.

3. M365 Copilot fully empowered. Enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration capabilities at all levels.

4. The production and manufacturing system PES2.0 officially entered the customer-facing project implementation stage, marking an important milestone in Sanhua's factory management progress.

5. The smart park project entered the implementation stage, focusing on creating safe production, smart living, and smart commuting scenarios.

6. The material digitalization system went online, significantly improving the transparency and traceability of material information.

Carbon Exploration Beyond

In 2024,

Sanhua has drawn an ecological and sustainable product design,

reducing emissions by 100 million tons in the product use phase,

using 30 million kWh of photovoltaic power,

with an annual renewable energy usage ratio of 15%,

and adding over 1,000 new invention patents.
